I had my second child 16 months ago by c section. I have gained some weight during lockdown but does this look normal? I'm a size 10-12 the rest of my body but can only just squeeze into size 14 round my very fat tummy. I look 6 months pregnant. I run, do workouts, boot camp etc but it seems to be getting worse?? Any tips on how to lose it?

You need to speak to a GP. There are several conditions that can cause this, some not so good, so it's best to rule out anything serious.

It could be diastasis recti where your tummy muscles didn't join together properly (I have it) there are exercises you can do to help draw the muscles together, your GP can refer you to a physio. If you Google it there are YouTube videos to tell you how to check if you have it. I should say if you do don't do any ab crunches / sit ups etc anything that is putting pressure on the tummy muscles (all the exercises that you think will help slim you down!) as they can actually make the separation worse x
