Heavy Bleeding 4 weeks Postpartum

Hi guys,
I've had my normal postpartum bleeding over the weeks it changed colour getting lighter and lighter each time. A couple days ago I started to bleed bright red blood and I'm still bleeding bright red blood. It's very heavy and I'm filling up pads every 1-2 hours. Is this my period or should I be concerned it's something else?

Call your local maternity unit asap. Not normal.
