Postpartum advice please TMI

Hiya,
I gave birth 12 days ago and have 2 2nd degree tears 1 inside and 1 outside.
The whole of virginal area is ACHING like crazy and such a painful ache it's horrible it's unbearable. The doctors gave me stronger pain killers to help with the pain but they don't work. I also think I now have a water infection which I'm going to contact my doctors about in the morning.
But did anyone else have this aching pain is this normal and how long did it take to go. I excepted to feel sore I did not except this.

I had 2nd degree internal tear after my first and it was absolute agony. I'll be honest it took me a good few months to be able to sit down without wincing. You're still early days so give it time. I used spritz for bits by the expert midwife and I had a shallow epsom salt bath at least twice a day as it was the only thing that soothed me. Hope you feel better soon OP 💖
