Had my little boy exactly 4 weeks ago today.
I've continued to bleed not what I'd call heavily but more than I did with his older sisters by this point.
Had a blood test earlier in the week whereupon it shows I have low haemoglobin and folate levels so to take iron tablets and folic acid tablets.
Today in the last few hours I've developed quite bad stomach cramps and a sharp pain internally in what feels like the vaginal wall area.
I've passed a few clots about 5p piece size. Been on the iron tablets during pregnancy so body is used to them.
I'm wondering if I have an infection of some sort or is this normal in some cases?
Anyone experienced this?
