Post C-section BM

Sorry if this is TMI!

I had a section 3 weeks ago with baby number 2. Had a vaginal birth with number 1 so this is new to me!

For the first week or so afterwards I found I had awful diarrhoea. This cleared up and now I feel really constipated - is this normal after a section? I remember being a bit all over the place when I had my first but don't recall this!

I was the exact same after my section and was told by my midwife and health visitor its completely normal. It took a few months for things to return to normal for me!
