Hi
Wondering if anybody had any recommendations for a postpartum band? Are they worth it?
Thanks

I'd be interested to know as well, I'm currently few days away from 39 weeks and already bought one. Bought off amazon for a tenner, but as I've seen there's a market for it, with ones going up to £100. But they essentially do the same thing, support the lower abdomen. I've read up that it can make postnatal bleeding heavier, because of the compression, so it might be worth having a chat with mw/doctor if it's safe to wear right after birth.
Hope someone who actually used it comments!

I used a belly bandit. I found it helped me to feel a bit more held in and and ‘normal’ after birth. Had physio 6 weeks pp and the physio said that my muscles had come back together perfectly, although I never mentioned the use of the belly bandit to her! I can’t say for sure that it helped but I thought it was worth it and I might have had to spend that money on physio to help my muscles come back together later if I hadn’t used it!

@Scottishoat that really intrigues me - I have to have physio 6-8 weeks pp due to 3rd degree tear and I really want to get ahead of the game! Don't want to make things worse either 🤷‍♀️
