So, I had my baby on 30th January.
Lochia had started tapering into sort of brown/pinkish discharge.
But towards the end of yesterday and today it's gone back to dark red in colour.

It doesn't seem any heavier and I don't feel unwell or anything.

Does this seem normal?

I tidied the bedroom a bit yesterday so I wonder if I pushed myself a bit too much causing the bleeding to change?

Not much help but I'm wondering too so following for advice.
I had my baby on the 28th December. I too had the brown light bleeding then it went red again. I'm still bleeding now 6weeks PP. I can't remember this with my others.

I had a baby 4 weeks ago. Bleeding stopped in the last week or so and up until it stopped the colour changed sometimes daily! And it might have to do with how much you did the day before... I remember I mopped the kitchen and hovered the living room and I started bleeding clots! Also if it's more red in the morning then that would be normal as you've been laying down all night....you get up and move in the morning and naturally gravity takes it course for more bleeding in the morning. Obviously I'm not a dr but from my own experience I did have some days lighter/light pink and other days dark red Smile

I bled for 6 weeks pp, it went light brownish and then went to red again. Midwife and doctor checked me and confirmed it was infact a period. It soon stopped after another 2 weeks.
