Help... Im 3 days pp, not breastfeeding but I'm leaking everywhere and my boobs are easily three times the pregnancy size. I'm in a lot of discomfort especially around my arm pit area.

Any tips on managing this?

Supportive bra and ibruprofen/paracetamol if you can take them. Other than that you've just got to ride it out I'm afraid. They should be pain free in a day or so!
