Post C section Bleeding

Hi all,

Sorry if this is an over share? I'm 2.5weeks pp following a C section. My bleeding had stopped pretty much 5 days after birth but the last two days I've had very dark brown bleeds, almost like average period bleeding. I am breastfeeding but just a little concerned that this might not be normal?

Has anybody else had this or could advise?

Sounds about right. I bled for 3 weeks after my section and dark brown discharge followed.
If you're concerned have a chat with your HV or call your midwife if you haven't been discharged yet.
