Pain in csection scar 2 weeks on

Hi all. I'm 2 weeks post ELCS and just this morning have been hit by sharp burning like pain in part of my scar. This is my second section. I had been recovering well and taking it moderately easy the last few days after really resting up for the first week. This has just hit me, it's been uncomfortable to manoeuvre in bed. I've taken pain relief for the first time in about a week. Scar looks ok. Does anyone have an experience of this?

I'm 3 months post section and I still get pains like that. Nothing that requires pain killers but I've had them all the way through, it's just eased
off as time has passed

We're you given the advice sheet for post c-section care?
To massage the scar and when?
To use different textures to help with sensations/scar damage?

There's lots on the internet if you start post-op c-section care.
