Hello
I am 5 months post caesarean and my scar is quite sore still if I run my fingers over it and very pink.
Has anyone any tips for helping it heal and lighten in colour please

Arnica! I feel your pain. Took me 4.5 months to feel the slightest bit better, was still suffering a little bit 12 months later. All ok now at 16 months!

3 years after my (emergency) c section and i can barely see or feel my scar any more. It takes time, but it does heal.

@ldnirish is that those tiny tablets or a cream?

The cream. I also took the tablets in the beginning but I found the cream really helped.

Also I would recommend wearing underwear one size bigger, or high briefs so that the knicker line doesn't sit on your scar.

I was very misled by the 6-weeks healing time. It actually takes months or years!

@ldnirish yes I really need to order some new high waisted underwear mine are v uncomfortable I will do that today!
