I don't even know what to put, deleted the post so many times already. Had a gorgeous little boy 6 weeks ago but I feel so sad/low, want to cry most of the time...just want someone to tell me it gets better.

Congratulations.

It does get better, but at the same time please speak to someone about how you feel.

PND is very common and can be treated. Please call your HV or GP

Please speak to someone.. health visitor? Flowers

I haven't spoke to anyone because I don't want to be put on tablets for however long.
I think because of lockdown I can't see my partner which is making things harder.

You need to speak to someone and get help.

Twizbe · 14/11/2020 17:20

You might not need medication, but even if you do that's ok. You take a paracetamol when you have a cold, you take these when you feel low.

Please do speak to someone

I will try and talk to someone. Thank you.
