Bleeding after birth

Hi all

How long did you bleed for? Currently EBF do not sure if that effects things. Not sure how long bleeding goes on for and don't know when I can expect a period, I've heard you don't get one when breast feeding?

I bled for about 10 days. Got my period back whilst EBF at 6 weeks PP

Both times bled for 6 weeks. Both ebf.
Dc1 - period didn't return til 11 months pp.
Dc2 - period at 8 weeks pp.

About two weeks then tailed off then had another few days a week later (not a period). Not breastfeeding and my period arrived dead on the day it was predicted to be that month by Clue as if I'd never been pregnant. Spooky! Was about 8 weeks PP.

About 2 weeks I think.
Period came back after 11 months, I was still breastfeeding which I guess is why it was a while.

Bottle fed baby bled for 6 weeks although very light after the first 2. First period week 7.

Ebf baby pp bleeding the same but no period until 6 months when we started weaning.

About 8 weeks for me. And my period came back at 4 months when I was still ebf. Got pregnant again three months later.
