I have postpartum depression and anxiety and I'm alone with my two children whist my husband is at work.

With the current situation with COVID can I have a support bubble even though there are 4 people in my house??

I've read numerous articles and spoken to people but they all seem to say different things..

If I understand correctly, you wouldn't technically be able to form a support bubble as you aren't from a single parent household. However you are able to form a childcare bubble with another household if say you have a parent who helps with looking after the children.

That being said, yes of course people need to respect the rules, but if you are really struggling whilst your husband is at work and you need support (someone to come over and allow you to sleep etc) then you do you. Your mental health and wellbeing is so important 😊
