Still no period after 6 months but I have ovulated

I'm almost 6 months pp and I haven't had a period yet. I know that's quite normal, however what's confusing/concerning me is that I have ovulated. About 4 weeks ago I got a sudden stab of ovulation pain - very normal for me - and I double checked with a test which was clearly positive. I waited for my period to start but... nothing. And no, before anyone asks, I'm not pregnant and there is zero chance I could be. Babies who don't sleep are a great contraceptive. Fast forward to today and I got a another ovulation pain, this time on the opposite side. I just did a test and again it's very clearly positive. Now obviously I might have a period in two weeks and everything will be fine but... can this happen? Can I ovulate but not have a period, then ovulate again a month later?

I'm mix feeding (breast milk and formula), if that matters.

Apparently you can’t, your body could have been gearing up to ovulate and so you have the hormone surge but then not release the egg. BUT I swear down I ovulate and don’t have a period as my periods are irregular, everyone tells me this is impossible tho 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
