When does period return?

Hi everyone so I had my twin girls by c section 14 weeks ago, I was 29+1 weeks, I was just wondering if anyone has any idea when my period will start again? I haven’t been breastfeeding, only been expressing, that I stopped about 2 weeks ago.. Is it something to worry about that I haven’t had one yet?

Nothing to worry about. Mine came back with my first straight after the postpartum bleeding stopped so around 7 weeks. Second after 7 months but I was bf is now 9 months but only had 1 period and it wasn't normal, light bleed 3ish days.

Your hormones are still all over the place. I would give them time to settle before you worry about it.

No harm mentioning it to the health visitor or GP if you are concerned.

No I wouldn’t worry . I’ve breastfeed and formula but still not revived mine. I stopped breastfeeding 3 months ago and starting to get them back now but my son is 3 years old. It’s different for everyone

I'm alomst 9 weeks post partum and haven't had mine yet, been formula feeding since birth

I’m 6 weeks PP (3rd baby) and mine returned at 5 weeks 6 days.
