Back pain after a spinal.

Since having my DD just over a year ago I've been having major lower back pain. It was a traumatic birth which led to me needing surgery and 3 blood transfusions. Due to my blood loss they didn't want to put me to sleep so I was given a spinal. My lower back now most days really hurts I work a manual job so some days are crippling. I have been to the drs about it which led to am MRI which showed nothing. I was also referred to a physio but due to COVID I've not actually seen anyone its just been over the phone. I am also on cocodomol tablets prescribed by the drs but they never give enough to last me to the next prescription so I'm going to phone and ask for more. Sometimes if my DH is feeling nice and notices I'm in a lot of pain he will give me a massage, but I don't know if going to see a proper masseuse will help. I'm just posting really to ask if anyone has had similar issues to me and if anyone had any advise for me. I am really struggling on a day to day basis.

TIA

Hiya OP, i am an osteopath and treat post partum back pain that results from spinal/epidurals. Did they get it first time?

I have terrible back pain that started after my epidural - it was placed incorrectly twice.

Watching with interest as my GP refuses to help me, just gives pain meds and tells me that it’s to be expected

@CountryGirl36 hiya!! Good to talk to someone who knows. Yes I believe they got it first time. I don't really remember much of it.
