Please talk about to me about your thoughts, experiences on cranial osteopathy. Is it safe? Is it worth doing to improve sleep?

I think it’s a way to part you from your money when you’re vulnerable. This is my experience anyway. It did nothing.

Been a godsend whenever weve done it.

Osteo has treated: my back, solved a pukey baby when extensive the investigations and treatment failed, very much helped a whiplash injury, helped a dislocating shoulder to a very limited extent and but then more when intensive physiotherapy had helped solve some of the bulk underlying issues, helped and continues to helps DS with constipation and gastric reflux keeping his traditional medicines lower.

If it's going to help you pretty much see improvement instantly, certainly don't try for longer than 3 sessions if you dont see any improvement by then. Although ime a good osteo will cut you off before that if they feel they can't help because they already have more patients than they need.

Don't waste your money, would be my advice.
