Bladder prolapse - positive stories please

I've been diagnosed with a minor bladder prolapse Sad I thought there was something wrong as I felt a dragging sensation when walking for longer than 15 minutes or so. This has meant that I've not been going out of the house much as I've been worried about doing further damage. The physio has given me some core and pelvic floor exercises to do but has said I should limit the amount I walk and build it up very gradually. I'm absolutely gutted about this as I feel unfit and pretty down in the dumps and so being able to go for walks would have been ideal. Anyway - just wondered if anyone who'd had this too could share any positive stories of how quickly they saw improvements, to give me some hope? Thanks
