Hi everyone, I seem to be on here asking about postnatal health symptoms every week, but I've been getting headaches every day, usually evening time, they feel like tension headaches as I can feel I'm very tight in my shoulders and neck, is this normal? I know having a new baby, you are holding them and feeding them etc, so maybe this is causing it?
