Twitching in lower abdomen after c section?

I had an EMCS 7 months ago and the procedure itself went well. Over the last few days I've felt twitches right in my lower belly, almost like baby kicks(!!!)

The thing is, I only had sex again less than a month ago, so it can't really be a baby. DH reckons it's muscle spasms from everything that's been cut through in that area. Has anyone else experienced it? I am terrified that I'm pregnant again even though I know it's not really possible!

I can’t guarantee you’re not pregnant but I definitely had this for up to a year after my c section! Such a weird feeling....!

Yep, 8 months after ELCS here and I get that. I figure it's everything knitting back together?

So relieved to hear that I'm not the only one. That was my (wishful) thinking too @PaulinePetrovaPosey. And yes very weird!
