8-week vaccinations and crying!

Hi everyone,
My baby had her first set of jabs on Monday and has basically screamed blue murder ever since! We gave her calpol on the first day to get rid of her temperature but she’s been really irritable ever since! I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and how long does the irritability and crying last for?! She’s also not eating as much - making hunger signs but then spitting her bottle out and screaming! Losing the will...!

Sorry your little one is struggling and upset. It's so tough when they're distressed.

My DS found the first set of jabs really tough too. He was very upset for the first day or two, and then still not right until I think 6 days later which was longer than other babies we know, but from researching it that's still not beyond what can be expected.

Keep an eye on her temperature. Could be worth trying the Calpol again.

She'll get over it, I'm sure! And if it helps, my son was absolutely fine after the 2nd and 3rd set.
