Postnatal bleeding - 12 weeks!

Hi mummies!
1st post here so please be kind, I'm desperate to hear other peoples experiences.
I'm 12 weeks post partum with baby No 3, and I'm still bleeding. It's getting me down so much and I dont know what to do. I was given the depo jab a few hours after birth and had to inject clexane for 6 weeks, so I thought this could be part of the problem, however my GP then prescribed blood clotters to see if that would help. Obviously it didn't.
I had my 1st face to face check up since birth last Friday, and it just so happens there was no blood there when I was examined, so thought I may actually be 'clearing up'. I did start bleeding again that afternoon though.
I've just gone 3 days blood free (the ONLY break I've had since delivery) and tonight I went to the toilet and low and behold, blood again

I bleed for 4 weeks after my 1st child, and o ly 7 days after my 2nd, so what could be going on??? I'm not bf but didnt with my 1st either.

Any help would be so welcomed before I go insane and RIP my own uterus out! X

No help but following as I had my DD in May and still bleeding. Got depo at 6 weeks. Phoned Dr and they werent interested but it's getting me down as well!

@Cheesewine apparently so! I'm considering having another mirena coil fitted and seeing if that helps. I've had 3 before and didnt have a single period whilst fitted, even though I was hoping to avoid having another one. X

@lucybluebella26 I had the depo Jag for 13 years before I had her n not a single period in that time. Now I've been bleeding for 14 weeks. I'm going to need to change to the pill or something see if that stops it because it's becoming a huge pain n getting in the way of life!
