Did you actually do your prelic flow exercises?

If yes, does it work?
If no, is the results as bad as people make out?

I'm 2 months postmortem and have hardly done any...

I didn't do any with my first and everything was fine.

Do them. They'll protect you against pelvic organ prolapse, not necessarily now but possibly in the future.

Pelvic flow, postmortem, have you been on the vino op 😂😂 sorry couldn't resist.
Just do them, it won't do you any harm!

😂😂 That's baby brain for you, and it never actually gets better!

Yes they work. I have a bit of prolapse. If I stop doing them for a couple of weeks it gets worse... When I start doing them again it gets better again within a couple of weeks. I use an app as otherwise I always switch off after doing about two !
