Please help, so I'm not sure if my baby has colic or is just constipated. He does all the signs for colic but also it could just be signs of discomfort from constipation, I switched his milk which my mw said could cause constipation. I also have tried infacol which didn't seem to work and then gripe water which was horrendous and made him have awful stomach ache. Should I now just try not giving him anything and seeing if he just has an upset stomach from the different things I've been trying? Or does anyone know anything that worked for them?

Have you tried using colief? it’s a bit more expensive than gripe water & infacol but it has worked a dream with our little one.

We also found giving him a bath when he was showing signs of discomfort really helped too, the warm water seemed to help him relax & he could kick as much as he wanted without there being any pressure on his back. We found he would usually poo about an hour after having a bath and be a lot more relaxed.

I hope this is helpful!
