Diastasis recti MUTU system

Has anybody signed up for the MUTU system for pelvic floor dysfunction/diastasis recti?
Just wondering if it's actually worth it or whether I should stick with workouts on YouTube for diastasis recti (there are lots available for free).

I'm 7 weeks PP and have a 2/3 finger gap. Also experiencing persistent lower back pain which I'm sure is linked because my posture is different now to what it was pre pregnancy. Had a small gap with baby number 1 which seemed to close by itself over time. Not sure if that will happen this time around but I don't like the way my tummy looks and really want to be proactive and do something about it.

I need to go to the GP about the back pain really but because of COVID the GP services seem to be a bit poor. I don't want them to give me painkillers but wondering if a physio referral is needed.

I signed up for it but I don’t feel it was worth it. The exercises are fairly basic Pilates based moves that feature in most online DR videos (toe slides, bridges, squats, toe taps etc) It’s good for getting a bit of structure but they become quite repetitive. I did it for months and honestly didn’t see any improvement.

I would recommend getting a physio referral though if you are having lower back pain as they will be able to advise if there are any exercises/moves that should be avoided or how many you should be doing etc. Good luck!
