Spotting 7 weeks post partum

I’m 7 weeks post partum and experiencing light red/pink spotting almost every day. I’m exclusively breastfeeding so don’t know if it’s maybe hormonal? Is anyone else had any experience? I’ve got an apt with the nurse practitioner tomorrow but my dr doesn’t seem to care unless the bleeding is heavy! Any thoughts would be appreciated

I am 8.5 weeks and still experiencing spitting. Bleeding stopped at 3 weeks but almost every week or so I spot for a day and then it stops and starts again a week later.
GP is not concerned and midwife said that if it goes on for another few weeks and am still concerned,to go back to doctor.

I am also exclusively breast feeding

I know this is an old post but I found it when searching. I am 7 weeks post c section and also experienced some spotting this weekend. I am mixed feeding. Any idea if this is period or recovery bleeding? I have asked my HV and waiting for a reply.
