Help!!! Migraines following birth

Hi

Did anyone suffer with headaches/migraines regularly after birth? My LG is 6 weeks now and the last 2 weeks I have been getting migraines on and off. I am drinking lots and eating healthy....becoming a regular thing!! 😩

Are you getting enough sleep? I remember some sharp head pains but i put it down to sleep deprivation. They stopped when my baby slept more. Lately I've been having more headaches and I'm not sure why... im nearly 7 months on now and baby sleeps much better. Maybe i need to try increasing water intake . X

With both mine I had the most terrible migraines in the first few weeks after birth. Just once each time but full on visual disturbance/ vomiting / severe pain that OTC painkillers didn't touch. I put it down to hormones. Never became regular (thank god). I think if you're getting multiple ones it might be worth speaking to your GP.
