Baterial vaginosis- PLEASE HELP

So I have birth 11 month ago... ever since I have been struggling with sever BV
been on loads of antibiotics which i hate as they are bad for you.. at the moment im taking the metro Daz ole vaginal gel

someone please help nothing is working.. I’ve never had any problems like this and my doctor said it’s my PH balance what’s out of sink with giving birth

I've also had this - have you got some femcare products? I got the wipes, wash and the spray - it helped- I had one set of antibiotics too x

Oh I was plagued with this years back. It’s shit and can actually cause quite a bit of damage if left too long. Are you sexually active? Do you use products in your bath? Have you got a coil fitted?

I’d also look in to getting some really good probiotic capsules or making your own to put some good bacteria in to your gut

I don’t use femcare, but I don’t actully wash below just try to let the water do the job.. I’ve always used bubble bath and never had any problems.. I have been on loads of different antibiotics and none worked

I don’t have a coil fitted.. my poor partner has had sex about 5 times in the last 11 months as I hate having it while having BV

Will get some good probiotic capsules tomorrow
