Hello can anyone help 7 days postpartum and since day 5 I've had on/off fast heart beat Feels like a start of a panic attack...I was fine for the first 4 days so not sure what's changed anyone had this?

Hey hun, I had a c section and this started for me around a week later. I think my body went into a bit of a shock!
How are you feeling now? Has the symptoms eased at all?

@welshgirl20 hello thankyou for replying yes not to bad today just a little panicky and anxious not sure why as this is my third "/ I don't remember if I felt this way before, (only gave birth last year so I should remember) I had a normal delivery but passed a lot of old blood clots so had to be drip to contract again so not sure if it's just delayed response from my body from that"/ how long did it last for you? I think all the over thinking and reading stuff on the Internet isn't helping.. Xx

It lasted around 3 weeks unfortunately, the more I slept and the more fluid I got out of my system (I was very bloated from drips and general pregnancy swelling) the better I got x

@FirstTimeMother88 hopefully it take the same for me i can't get that much sleep as have a 4&1 year old to look after to :( my partner is helping they just both rely on me so won't settle properly (more so the 1year old obvs) xx
