Bleeding 10 weeks after c-section

Hi everyone,
I had twins 10 weeks ago by c section and I'm still bleeding. After 4 or 5 weeks the bleeding got lighter, and then it got heavier. I thought it was an early period but the bleeding continued for weeks after. It's not very heavy but it's still bright red, intermittent and I have cramps. My scar has healed well though.
Anyone else experience this?

Hi @stretchytiger .... just wondering if you ever got answers on this? I’m having the same issue. Antibiotics stopped it for a while but the bleeding and cramps have started again. 😩 thanks x
