Hey ladies,
I had an emergency c section 3 weeks ago now. The wound itself was open in a few places so I've been back and forwards to the doctors to get iodine dressing on, and only one part of it was still weeping. Just got out the shower and now another part has opened up slightly and is bleeding.
Have any of you who had c sections had this? And how long did it take you until your wound fully closed up and healed? I'm so beyond fed up now, on blood thinner injections, and have compression socks that have massive holes in them now... So I've thrown them out.. Just wanna be up and active but I think even three weeks later just walking round the house and picking up baby etc is opening up the wound.
Any advise? I have anothrt doctors appointment on Tuesday, I just don't want it to get infected.
