Is my 3 month old teething?

My little girl has been excessively drooling now for the last 2/3 weeks, always has her hands in her mouth and over the last 2 weeks has come extremely more unsettled during the day, more agitated etc and not settling as good at night.( actually quite happy due to isolation my partner is home to help or I might go crazy haha) she did have jabs last Thursday, but today I've noticed she has 1 red cheek. It's not hot to touch as I've read can be the case if it is teething. I'm a first time mum so I'm not sure what's normal and what's not. She does seem too young still to possibly be teething but from google searches it isn't unusual per say. I do have teething granules but I don't want to give her them if she's not actually teething? When I give her a frozen teething toy she just seems to lick it, but she does suck on her dummy like there's no tomorrow 😂 any advice would be fab! Thank you

It could well be teething but she's also likely to be more unsettled due to her vaccinations. Have you taken her temperature?

Hi, I could of written this myself as we're having the exact same issues with our little boy. He is 4 months now and we have been trying to figure out what it is but he also had his 3rd set of vaccinations recently!
