I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for c section friendly YouTube videos/people?

I’m only 6 weeks pp so not planning on starting too soon but as we’re stuck inside for the foreseeable would like to do something for myself

Would be interested in this too. Currently 4 weeks post section and need to get doing something other than a walk around the block!
