My baby was born in December. I had my first period start last week, it was so heavy I was soaking through pads in seconds and I ended up in hospital with dehydration. Yesterday it stopped, no getting lighter then stopping, it just stopped. Now today it's back again with medium flow. This can't be normal? My anxiety and depression have also got very bad since the birth. I'm at my worst and feel I look completely different to how I was a couple of years ago, I hate how I look, I just want the old me back
