Breastfeeding multivitamins

So I've been advised to take vitamins tablets as I'm breastfeeding. I've seen the pregnacare breastfeeding tablets are like £16 for a months supply and the standard vitamins for a fraction of that price.
Are they the same? Or is it worth getting the pregnacare tablets?

I don't wana be paying for a brand name or compromise on the vitamins

I use the pregnecare tablets and although pricey I just go without other stuff as I think they're worth it. I use the ones with cod liver oil as well. I've compare let's say Boots own brand and PC has higher doses in. I also tried cheaper versions but felt sick on them. I find if I run out and don't take them for a few days I feel like I'm coming down with a cold.

Bring a new mum, sleep deprived etc sometime y diet isn't fantastic but I feel better if I take these at least. As I said it's completely your choice to take them or not or which brand. Just be prepared to compromise if you want the more expensive ones or get them on offer. They're 3 for 2 makes them a tenner each

I much preferred Seven Seas to Pregnacare and they were only £5 a box

I bought 3 packs ready for after my baby was born, not cheap!
Then I found out I can't take them as I was put on blood thinning injections for 2mths after birth and you can't taken them together.
I was also too ill to breastfeed, so again, a waste of money on tablets.

I'd advise waiting until after the birth to make sure you need them/can take them with any medication you may be prescribed after birth.
