Period, ovulation or something else

I'm nearly 10 weeks post partum and 3 days ago I had lots of jelly like discharge clear and red and brown, if I hadn't have already had baby I would have thought it was my show. Any how since then have had lots of discharge plus some mild pelvic pain but still no sign of a period. Do you think its period on it's way or something else?

It could be that you are returning to fertility. Is the pain like period pain? Do you have a temperature?

It was a bit like period pain a bit on and off and didnt last too long. Had no temp though
