Hello all, I have a two year old, a 14 year old, am living in a house whilst renovating and working in quite a demanding job full time and am really struggling on top of this my husband works very long hours so pick ups etc are on me. I feel constantly tired and have been suffering with panic attacks, I look really tired too! I’m trying to cut my hours in work but they are dragging their feet, I’m wondering how everyone else manages? I returned part time after maternity and was managing fine but I then got a new job which meant full time, it’s such a busy job that I struggle and I also think it’s the guilt as I know the two year old will likely be my last child. Looking for any advice! Thanks in advance

Sounds like you have an awful lot going on.

Does your DH know how you feel?

If you are having panic attacks, have you spoken to your GP?
