@headsaway123 This post has made me so sad as I have been in the position you're in right now.
All I can say is it DOES get better, even though you may feel at your lowest point right now. No-one is better off without you; it's your brain playing awful tricks on you as from what you have said, it does sound like Postnatal Depression.
If your doctors cannot see you, you can contact your local mental health Crisis Team for support. If you google your area, a number should be on there. You can also call your emergency services (101 / 999) to express how you're feeling and they will be able to support and refer you to the appropriate services.
Additionally, you can self-present at your local Accident and Emergency department or Police Station if you feel in danger of harming yourself.
