Back pain after epidural

Hi,
I'm just short of 4 weeks postpartum and I'm experiencing pain where I had my epidural. It's not painful to touch but there's a dull ache in that part of my back constantly. Is this this normal and is it likely to go away eventually?
Thanks!

I had similar from my spinal block. It felt a bit like bruising and when I mentioned it to the dr they did some checks and said it was fine. It eventually went away

Bring it up at your 6 week check to be on the safe side

Same!

I have this (I had 3 failed epidurals and a spinal for an EMCS) I have a constant lower back ache which bizarrely gets worse if I get a massage. I’m 4.5 years post birth I’m afraid. 😭

@Willow4987 that sounds similar, I will definitely bring it up at my postnatal check!

@doodlejump1980 I'm sorry that it's still uncomfortable so far on! Can't have been very pleasant having so many attempts at the epidural!

@KHR1 nope and my husband fainted at the third attempt! Ha ha. Not very helpful!
