Has anyone any recommendations to websites/ YouTube about working on your core postpartum?

Baby is 4 weeks old and my lower back is sore, I find lifting baby down in to the cot painful, pushing buggy has me in pain as well and I think it's just down too having no strength in my core.

it's a bit early to be exercising but start with some basic pelvic tilts lying on your back and engaging your TVA muscles with your exhalation. If the pain persists definitely get a referral to a women's health physio.

Thanks for the reply. I would like to go to a physio but as im breastfeeding there doesn't seem to be any pattern yet where I know I can leave the baby for an hour. Hopefully in another few weeks I'll have a better routine. I will try the pelvic tilts

I wonder if this might be helpful. I did an online course with Lynn.
