8m post partum section scar indent

Hi everyone
8 months I had an emcs with my dd.
My scar is sunken in on the right side end like an indent and the rest is smooth on the surface.
It's been like this since I had the emcs so it's always been this way I'm just wondering why it's indented on one side and the rest is surface smooth.
Anyone else have this?
