Hi all, I'm looking for opinions on the mutu program I've seen online. I gave birth 10 weeks ago and have been told I've got diastasis recti. I've been looking for exercises to do to help fix this, but no website or blog I've found is specific enough! Before I got pregnant I loved running and going to the gym, so really want to start getting back into these in the next couple of months, although I've read I can't do this until my stomach muscles are healed. My question is would anyone here recommend the mutu program? Is it worth the money? And if not, what else could I do to help my stomach muscles repair? Thanks all!
