What size nursing bra?

I have read it is recommended you get a nursing bra 1 size up from your normal bra size. I am currently a 34 G, so on your experience, should I go for a 34 GG or 34 H? It is the cup size I assume you have to increase?
Currently 34 weeks and 4 days, and the 34 G still fits. No room for error but can't decide if I need to just brave it and get a H cup. I know it varies from person to person but looking for others wise experience

I went to John Lewis and they told me to wait until after the baby has been born.
Definitely get measured! John Lewis is great, mothercare even more so brilliant.
