After pains

Had baby no 3 last night and the after pains are awful. How long do they take to ease off. People did say they get worse after each baby and they were right!

Congratulations when I had baby 2+3 my twins I had really bad after pains for about 24 hours I was also quite shocked by how they were, hopefully yours will clear up soon good luck Flowers

I gave birth to number 3 early hours yesterday and they are still pretty strong. The difference I notice now is they're not just when I feed they can come on their own. I remember them lasting about 3 ish days last time.

It can last a few days if I remember right but they will go like the last time. It's not something they prepare you for is it?
