Practical advice for managing prolapse while looking after baby w

I'm 5 months postpartum and have a lovely happy baby girl. I've been seeing Physio after a traumatic birth (forces, ventouse, tears and episiotomy). Told I have a mild prolapse, but it's getting steadily worse, probably due to holding heavy Velcro baby and lifting heavy pushchair/car seat. Please can anyone offer tips or strategies for looking after a baby whilst not making prolapse worse. I can't walk very far without an uncomfortable feeling. Know it's very common, but too embarrassed to discuss with friends. Is it worth stopping breastfeeding? Buying a lighter pushchair? Help!
