Are you on your period? It looks like a decidual cast, but as your post partum I would be assessed in case it's something left over from the pregnancy.

Retained placenta? A&E or maternity unit

Could be some of placenta - speak to the MAU

I had something similar at 6m PP. Mumsnet told me it was a discidual cast. Nurse told me I was making it up and that 'after pregnancy you don't know your own body very well'

I believed Mumsnet.

In your position I would get it check out for sure. Do you have a temp?

No temperature. Not meant to be period but did start bleeding yesterday but I missed couple of pills last couple days so I know that's because of that but just not sure what that was

I had this and had a few quite bigger around a few month after having 2nd dc too. Seemed to happen when I missed a few pills, since stopped taking the pill not had any since

I didn't see a doctor or anything I never got round to it maybe should have but nothing has ever come of it

My sister passed something similar, hers turned out to be a fibroid.

Either ways, off to the docs with you. That needs investigating.

I'd see someone. I had issues with retained products after my first pregnancy and it looked a fair bit like that.
