I recently found out I am pregnant and I have hundreds of emotions. I have a little girl who will have just turned 2 when baby number 2 is here and I need your tips and advice.

I suffered from PND last time and the lack of sleep completely wiped me out. I depended heavily on caffeine.

I am just wondering to all you new parents with older siblings how you manage?

How do you shower, eat, sleep, clean??

When I had my little girl I didn't shower and I'm a real tidy freak so having tons of washing up and laundry was adding stress. We lived off takeaways which didn't help the waistline or pocket and I just want your best tips and "life hacks" to help make this time abit easier.

I do have my mum and sister who won't mind taking the older one for a few hours at weekends but I don't want to keep sending her off it's not fair. I'm not comfortable sleeping upstairs when someone offers to watch the children downstairs.

Any suggestions or help please

It’s tough but manageable!!
Get organised!
Have baby change stations where you need them! Upstairs and down!
Your pads by the toilets etc!
Get your supermarket shop delivered! Don’t make life hard for yourself!
Have downloaded programmes ready for the older one! Consider a tablet just for the mornings for an extra hour of peace with suitable games and programmes downloaded.
Have a new box of toys which you only get out when feeding the older one!
Baby groups tend to be very friendly for toddlers and babies.
Be prepared for jealousy on the older ones part and guilt on yours - all normal!
Have lots of meals prepped in the freezer - easy snacks! Xxx
