I’m 17m pp and still breastfeeding on demand (working 3 days a week part time but also express milk), not had a period since my son was born.
Over the last few days I’ve had some cramps and spotting (started off pink but turned brown) and today nothing.
Do I count this as a very light period? or just spotting and period is on its way? Is there anything else this could be?
I’d heard first period after having a baby is usually pretty heavy, so this confused me a little!
