Mortified - query about piles (TMI warning)

I developed piles towards the end of my pregnancy. My baby is now 7 months old and I still have them. They’re not painful, and I don’t have any bleeding, so I’ve been inclined to ignore them.

I’m really sorry for the next part...they fall out during a bowel movement and I have to push them back in.

Can I continue to ignore them as they’re not really causing me any problems or do I need treatment of some sort?

I’ve been to embarrassed to speak to my GP about them, so I’d appreciate any advice.

Warm bath or shower, pop em back in. Over the counter creams like anusol really do help. Or see your doctor, who has, I guarantee seen many bums, arseholes and piles before.

Call them Patricia, Penelope and Philippa Grin

Sorry, sounds awful. As embarrassing as it is, go to your GP Flowers
